William H. Wrean Jr. (Will)

Will joined Sacajawea & Company, LLP in 1989 and is currently the Managing Partner. Will has a broad base of economic experience in investment management, estate planning, advising minority shareholders, fiduciary responsibility and company valuation. He was the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Oasis Semiconductor from its founding in 1995 until its sale in 2005. While with Oasis he was in charge of all day to day financial operations, setting up foreign subsidiaries, preparing for an IPO attempt in 2004 and negotiating the sale of the company in 2005. Will received his B.A. from Yale University and his M.A. in Economics from Tufts University. William H. Wrean (Bill)

Bill founded Sacajawea & Company, LLP in 1972. Previously he was an Honorary Research Fellow at Harvard University, an Associate Professor of Economics and Finance at the College of Business Administration of Boston University, an Assistant Professor of Economics and Finance at the Amos Tuck School of Dartmouth College, and an Instructor of Economics at Dartmouth College. He has served on various Boards of Directors, sometimes as Chairman, and Chaired the Finance Committee for the town of Weston, MA. Bill received his B.A. from Yale University and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI.  As a professor he taught courses in Money & Banking, Money & Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Capital Budgeting, Econometrics, the Principles of Economics and Advanced Macrotheory (Aggregative National Income Theory). After college and before going to Graduate School, Bill trained on Wall Street as a trust officer, a security analyst and a portfolio manager at what today are called Cititrust and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. There he got exposure to security analysis, portfolio theory and national income analysis.
